Q: How do I go about ordering a Transfer/Restoration?

- Click on ORDER (or
Order
Form) everywhere throughout the site. When you get to the order form, answer the questions and make
any selections you want. The services you select will be entered into a Shopping Cart. Make any changes you want to the Shopping Cart, then print that page. Proceed to the Checkout Counter, where you will enter shipping and payment information. Print that page as well. Attach the pages you just printed to the recordings, and mail them to us. Please be sure to pack the recordings safely.
- When we receive your recordings we will read the order form to see what you ordered, and your order will be entered into our
Order Tracking System.
At that time you will receive an automatic email. When you log into the
Order Tracking System you will see exactly where your package is in our system.
Processing time at our studios is about two to three weeks, but under certain circumstances may be longer. Be informed: please read

- When the CD's are ready we will prepare a package containing your original recordings and the new CD's and ship everything back to you to the address specified on the
Order Form. Using the tracking number displayed on the Order Tracking page you will be able to track your package
shipped by USPS or UPS
all the way back home. |

Q: I don't like to order over the Internet.
Can I order by phone?
|

- Certainly. Just
call us at 800-778-9043 or 407-292-1151
and we'll take the order. Remember, we are
located in the Eastern US Time zone, so figure out the time difference.
Call between 9 AM and 5 PM, M-F. However, we prefer that customers
place orders on-line because there is important information on our Web
site and on the Order Form (including our complete policies). We do
not have the time to read all this information to the consumer over the
phone. It is the consumer's responsibility to read this
information. All our policies will apply the same for on-line or
Phone Orders. |

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

- We accept Credit
Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Money Orders and
Certified Checks. We accept PayPal, but only for direct account
transfers. We do not accept personal checks. |

Q: Do you charge my Credit Card when I place the order?
|
A:
|
- It depends on the charge amount
and if you are a known customer. For known customers and small
amounts the credit card is charged after we complete work, right before we
ship your order. Declined cards: It is the client's responsibility to make sure that we can process the charge. If we have to defer processing or returning an order because the card was declined, a
$14.25 admin fee will be added to the total. |
